Bad

The graphics are simple, but okay.
The animation is pretty bad, simplistic, and all in all not that good.
The faces themselves were really cheesy, and if you had an opinion you wanted to express, you could have made it look a bit more sincere.
Presentation was mediocre, and overall, it wasn't that good. What's up with the title?

What are you talking about? This is still better than a LOT of movies on Newgrounds today! Some of the effects are primitive, but they're still good.

Not much to say, it was funny, ironic, and overall good. I'm surprised you used such modern music (the Matrix wasn't very old in 2000, a year or less.)

Hmm...

It's more informative than funny, actually. Though it's supposed to be funny, only a few bits are; for one, his very much official voice and "sophisticated" picture have a great contrast with the subject matter, much like Spiders on Drugs. Aside from that and the end, those are pretty much the only funny things. Still, good job.

Funny

It was okay, especially good for something done in 2000. Graphics were incredible; the puppy was drawn really well. Overall, great job! (Yes, I know its ID is #1 but I bet you see way too much of that already.)

Weird but Kind of Cool

For a noob, I really liked that you could use Alpha, and the tweening was pretty smooth. The music didn't make much sense, and I didn't completely get what it was about, but good attempt.

Also: To BloodyBullet, this isn't the first submission over 9000 that wasn't blammed; 9004 was removed... Look at its score when it was removed (a little over 2).

Lastly, ITS OVER 9000!!
