I just got a PM from FreeAsANerd! After my question on the ending:
Up until you kill Rhodes, all your kills are in self defense, so why don't you retain CEO position?
He answered:
The whole point of the aggression violation is that the system is unfair. The player/character reacted in a way that in the extreme context given made perfect sense. However, the suits running everything didn't agree.

How do I beat the mage? He just heals himself! One time he healed four or five times in a row! And the drain life??? HOW DO I BEAT HIM??? Great game by the way.

The Final Boss is awesome! But... I have a few requests. Try not to make it so that you block every attack with bullets. That makes it a little repetitive. Maybe something more like moving out of the way. That would be cool. And OMG! He's the rating guy!
