[MGS 3: Crab Battle]

Hilarious

I first saw this so long ago, and it's nice to come back to it, especially now that I actually know something about Metal Gear Solid. The graphics and animation are high quality for their time (2005), and the voice quality is quite high.

The humor is also way better than almost anything being submitted today; the voice acting and the way the animation is shot really adds onto the humor, and the music makes everything much more dramatic. I also thoroughly enjoyed the face you gave the "OLIOLIO" guy. All in all, you did a great job with this. My only criticism is that the outline of Snake's face is just a plain parabola. Even for 2005, that's pretty weak.

[Desktop Stripper]

Funny

Not exactly a "desktop stripper" though... More like a "desktop girlfriend" or "desktop wife". The idea is funny, but it didn't have a real quick wit to it or interesting chemistry between the characters. You could have done a lot more with this, but you didn't.

Good animation, fair graphics, decent humor, and high-quality voice acting though. Good job!

Ick

The graphics were decent, but the animation for almost every part was really bad, and many of the imported graphics looked bad and dull. The music and repetition got annoying, and none of the parts were really nice to look at, funny, or clever to be honest. The menu was cool but that's about it.

A Cute Concept

High quality animation, pretty good graphics, and nice voice acting. However, some things such as the demon's glowing red eyes, were sadly simplistic. Not to mention there were really only two jokes throughout the whole thing. You've got something good, now build on it!

Not Good... At All

I really see no improvement from your previous work to your work now. In fact, the old Castlevania tribute you did was certainly a lot more entertaining than what you have now. You seem to have grasped basic aesthetics and are working with tints and easing quite well, but your frame by frame animation is pitiful, and you laced everything with unfitting music (Disturbed, really?). There were some handdrawn and 3D shots in there, but none of those lasted more than a second, and even then, while fanciful, they had nothing to do with Flash.

I really don't see how this is inspirational at all.

I'm Digging the Kazoo

I've been watching this on YouTube for quite some time and I enjoyed it a lot. The animation is pretty good, with a very aesthetic use of color, easing, and the free transform tool. The graphics are nice and silly, just like the series it came from. The music itself is top-notch. The upbeat guitar and the kazoo sound great together and made the final product very entertaining.

The only thing keeping it from a 10 is the mediocre lyrics. Certain stanzas, such as the fourth one, seemed to lack flow and break up the song in a bad way. The pause was somewhat necessary, but perhaps summing up the contents of the lyrics in fewer syllables and letting the music carry on (and maybe fade a little) would have made the pause sound a lot better without breaking the flow.

Lazy As Hell

I loved the first five or so of these, but after that it got kind of downhill. The voice quality and graphics are still very nice, but the humor is not. In fact, there's barely any humor to be had. Back when Catface would pay a woman at a pet store with a moth, it was funny to see how certain anthropomorphic traits bridged the gap between cat and human, and which traits did not. Now it's just boring. Catface does this, Catface does that, and none of it has the cruel, irresistible laughter that it used to.
