Shit Son!

This sounds a LOT like Dimmu Borgir. Here's some really heavy stuff that I found myself involuntarily headbanging to. Very professional, and works great how it is!

mr-vincent responds:

Thanksss !!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D

Very Nice

The whole piece seems a little hollow though. Perhaps you need more instruments to back it all up. The Age of Empires theme is supposed to be BIG and EPIC. This sounds like 3 or 4 people playing in a garage.

EagleGuard responds:

I know it sounds a bit hollow and I know it isn't that great. However, I made this a long time ago and have become better at writing classical music. Perhaps I'll make another AoE remix some day.

Thanks for the review though ;)

Very Nice

A really simple song, but probably my favorite Pokemon song. You could have had more going on in the background though.

Everlasting-Elements responds:

Mind expanding on that?

Huh

I don't know if you took the original instrumentals from a recording or not, but it sounds extremely accurate. The vocals are weird though. At least I can tell what they're saying, unlike the original.

JimmyEffinVandal responds:

well we sampled and looped some it and receated with the same specs and effects, it took along time but we actually hit up the prodigy and liam replied happily with the details of how he got the the different sounds, ya and i blame the engineer it was my first time in studio so i just followd his commands and most of it worked out good except a couple

Yaaah!

The orchestra sounds a lot like Age of Empires. Combine that with one of the best Black Metal bands (Dimmu Borgir) and you have a pretty awesome result! Some parts sound a little like more traditional rock, which only makes the song as a whole more diverse. This would work great in a game like Assassin's Creed.

newskies responds:

:D thanks!

:D It's a Beach Party!

Mellow goodness. Seemed too cheery for "grunge". If I close my eyes I see people playing volleyball with a beach ball, a current splashing in, and some guys in a dark corner roasting hot dogs. Reminds me somewhat of the Battle for Bikini Bottom OST.

Skyler182 responds:

That was a truly unique review my freind I like that about you. I will defnitely make a more agressive Grunge song now. Thanks for the rating.

So Sad. It's Great!

It loses some of the gusto later on, though. It seems to drift from the theme towards the end, but it's still epic.

GameBalance responds:

its unfinished music. but i cant finish it anymore cuz have no soruce file left

Woo!

This is great! I really like how it's all put together. The different instruments and the vocals all go together really well.

EternalXIII responds:

Thanks for the review!

Wicked!

Thankfully it's somewhat less repetitive than some of your other songs. Lots of variation, and for a second it sounded a ton like Lightning Swords of Death... But once again, more variation which I liked. The only obnoxious part was that the theme got old, even though the riffs were pretty fresh. Perhaps it's time to throw in some orchestral stuff, or anything else that might put a spin on it.

deathkllr84 responds:

Lol you have a weird taste man. This, in my definition, is one of my more boring repetitive ones. stay metal \m/

Okay

It was repetitive, and the drums were so cliche. It sounded good, but it could use some variation. As it is, it sounds so generic.

deathkllr84 responds:

? I love the fuck out of this song. Alot of the feedback I got on this was how unique was. Maybe you should link me to a song you think is "non-repetitive" and generic. I think this song kicks ass. \m/
