Oooh!
This is awesome, but it could use more progression. I know this is a remix, but doesn't the original have a lot more to it than this? Sustained notes were also kind of annoying.

Fresh
This was so fresh, in fact, that I think I let it loop several times before realizing that the song had repeated at all. This doesn't get repetitive at all, and the balance of attention given to guitar/bass/drums is absolutely exquisite. Perhaps it could use some solos?
Almost There
I like the slow, heavy approach here, but I feel that while the heaviness fits well, it still needs some kind of screeching highs to really bring out the drama. Also, the distortion is ridiculously high to the point where it distracts from the song. On the flipside, I'm really digging what you did with the drums
Sounds Like FFXII
Sounds like something I would listen to while killing Cacti in Ivalice. This is really excellent stuff; I love the instrumentation, the drama, everything! It sounds amazing and very professional!
I'm seriously considering buying the album!
That'd be awesome -- I appreciate your support!
Dramatic
The rhythm and drums really bring out the suspense. I felt like the only thing that was missing was perhaps some kind of really somber brass theme. The progression seems to stop after a bit, so after everything has 'developed', it seems to simmer down.
Yeah, I actually did play around with a bridge like that, but I felt it took too much out of it. I definitely understand what you mean though! I did try for a great climax in the second half, but since hardly any new instruments were introduced, I can see how it doesn't really add to much.
That was the risk though, go for a steady flow, or break out with everything (which I am saving for the next version by the way :D) and risk making it too hectic for what I'm trying it to be. xD
I'm happy you enjoyed it, though!
Excellent
Sounds really professional! You guys are going to go big! My only criticism is everything seemed a little overarticulated... More slides and vibrato would have given the final product a bit of flair.
Assault
Really fast and heavy, but the constant speed seems to desensitize me to the heaviness. Breaking it up a little more might have really made each new part stand out. Slow, loud drums (or even bursts) also do the trick. The guitar and drums also sound off sync toward the end.
One thing I will give you mega-props for is the end. Something about it really made me whip my head around and take a look at what part of the song it was. Not sure what it was, but I liked it!
Shit, Son
I love the wobble and the graininess to it... Makes it very eerie. The crow sound effects also do their job quite nicely. I think perhaps you could have added some distortion to make it even scarier... White noise, perhaps? Or doubled the track for an echo? Or doubled the track and compressed one of them into garbled muck.
Very Dramatic
A few things sounded a little heavily synthesized, especially later on, and I also noticed the theme seemed to brighten up a bit toward the end, too. Not sure if this was meant to be synced to something, but sounds kind of odd as is.
