I'd say the "intro" is too long. You need to develop it more, and faster. Personally I would add a heavy riff to it.

Reminds me of that really old computer animation stuff from the 80's, like Mind's Eye, Computer Animation Festival, and other stuff containing things like Liquid Selves, Devil's Mine Ride, Technological Threat, Breaking the Ice, etc. I'm not trying to promote them... The companies are probably all dead by now.

Kind of iffy. It's waaay to short, and a little untextured, which is why I dislike the style it's done in. Metal always has some more elements in the background, like an extra instrument, or maybe you just needed to increase the dominance of the bass or guitar or whatever it is.
